Fieldnote provides market intelligence tools for the cannabis industry. Our Services include access to aggregated public data about licensed cannabis businesses, products, strains, and market trends.

Our data is derived from publicly available Washington State records, including the Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS) and the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) license registry.

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use our Services.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our Services without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers

Fieldnote strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our data. Our data has certain limitations:

• Data is derived from public state records and reflects information reported to the state
• Products are grouped by name, not unique identifiers, which may result in grouping unrelated products
• Sales data reflects wholesale (B2B) transactions, not retail sales to consumers
• Data freshness varies; license data syncs weekly while CCRS data depends on public records requests
• Some transactions may appear as $0 due to internal inventory transfers

You should not rely solely on Fieldnote data for critical business decisions without independent verification.

The Fieldnote name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by Fieldnote and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

The underlying cannabis industry data we display is derived from public state records and is not our proprietary information. However, our aggregation, analysis, and presentation of that data represents significant value and effort.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIELDNOTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fieldnote and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
